This leaves me with no choice but to inform you that your employment is sacked effective right away. Many human resource workers and small company owners know they can turn around disobedience if they handle it correctly. This "separating only" option sounds harsh, but as a sole proprietor you should manage your profits AND your time. You're for the most part so frustrated and time-constrained you must send the bad individual packing immediately. Please note in my definition I say nothing about the merit of the dismissed worker's litigation. When done suitably, it provides protection from workforce trying to file an illegal termination suit. This has happened in the past, and no matter the repeat warnings, you can't make clear why the miscalculations happened, or why the money is missing. There are always those within companies that simply are not a good fit and would be more effective, productive workforce elsewhere. The meeting should go smoothly and quickly.

You shouldn't dismiss an employee right away for bad performance. At times a jobholder becomes a liability the company can't afford to support. With this edition of the Guidebook, I've included the employee Layoff Toolkit. The wrong employees and the wrong approach to dismissing employees can cost a small business owner his or her livelihood. When they come back into work on Monday, they're ready to start work in the new firm environment. This will stop an ADEA wrongful layoff claim.
